How much do we charge for the website?
We cannot answer such a question immediately because it depends on many things. We need to ask questions in order to give a correct answer. We call this a pre-bid consultation.
Why ask questions when everything is so simple?
Because, unfortunately, it is not easy. And the questions are needed to clarify everything so that no one is surprised later on. The implementation of something that was discovered in the course of the project and not discussed at the beginning may extend the delivery time and may also result in unexpected extra costs for the client. This is why it is important to take the time at the beginning and clarify any questions that seem unnecessary.
What kind of websites do we build?
We only build WordPress based websites. WordPress is an open source content management system used to create and manage websites. In fact, it's the soul of it all.
Do you need anything else besides WordPress?
Yes, there is. Numerous downloaded plug-ins are needed to make the website or webshop look like the customer's dream.
Do you have to pay for extensions?
You do not have to pay extra for the extensions when you first order. Some plug-ins are free to use by default, and the paid PRO plug-ins are free of charge when you build your website. These PRO extensions must be reactivated annually, at which time you will be charged the annual renewal fee. The amount of these varies and will be explained in more detail during the first negotiation.
Can I get a contract?
Yes, we always work with a contract that we both sign. This protects both the client and us.
Can I ask without an invoice? Because I can't count it as a cost and it's usually cheaper without an invoice anyway.
No, you cannot ask for it without an invoice. We will issue an invoice in all cases, even for a fee of 1.000,- HUF. If you cannot claim it as an expense, you can throw it away. The invoice protects both the client and the contractor.
How long will it take to complete my website?
It depends on how ready you are with the texts, information, photos and videos you need for your content. The lead time can range from 2 weeks to half a year. If everything is immediately available and there is only this one project to work on, we can build a simple website in 2 weeks. Of course, we could say a few days, a week, but we don't like to work in batches because there is more room for error. That's why we usually say 1 or 2 months on average, so that our clients can take that long. Ergo, if you want it right now, right away, we will not be your contractor. And we wrote half a year because we have had clients who absolutely needed it, we didn't have the photos ready, we were very slow in receiving the materials and we had to work on them a lot before they were ready to use. We varied a lot, we repackaged elements, he went on holiday and then fell ill.....stb. etc... So such extreme situations can happen. It's not typical, thank goodness, because it doesn't pay off for anyone. We like to get the job done as quickly as possible.
When do I have to pay?
Payment is made in two instalments. The first instalment, which is usually 50% of the total amount, is paid at the time of contracting. The second half is paid on delivery of the website.
Do I get the login details when I transfer the card?
Yes, of course. Even if we continue to work together and do the monthly maintenance work. We give the login data for all the interfaces because it belongs to the customer, he paid for it, so he is entitled to it.
Do I get a guarantee?
Yes! We commit ourselves, that any programming errors we make will be corrected free of charge. It is considered a programming error any phenomenon that interferes with the proper use of the site system. This includes errors related to data security and errors that result in a degradation of the visual quality of the site. Correction of programming errors we will start within 5 working days of notification, or 3 days in urgent cases.
Other issues will be addressed at the time of the conclusion of the contract.
Why communicate in writing? It's much easier on the phone.
We prefer to communicate by email, because in many cases we don't have the time to discuss important issues immediately at the same time. Also, there is a very simple explanation, the word goes, the writing stays. So everything is retrievable, there is no side-by-side narration and no forgotten things.
